Miaphysitism

Miaphysitism, also known as the doctrine of one nature, is a belief held in some branches of Christianity, particularly in the Oriental Orthodox Church, about the nature of Jesus.

Imagine Jesus is like a coin that has two sides - one side represents his human nature, and the other side represents his divine nature. Now, some people believe that Jesus is made up of these two separate sides, and that they never mix together. This belief is called "dyophysitism."

However, miaphysitism says that Jesus is not like a coin with two separate sides, but instead is more like a cake that has two ingredients, flour and eggs. When you make a cake, you mix the flour and eggs together, and they become one new thing - the cake itself. In the same way, miaphysitism says that Jesus' divine nature and human nature are mixed together so closely that they become one new thing - the nature of Jesus.

So, miaphysites believe that Jesus is both fully divine and fully human, but that these two natures are joined together so closely that they cannot be separated. It's a little bit complicated, but the important thing to remember is that miaphysites believe that Jesus' divine and human natures are mixed together in a unique and special way.
