Michel Crozier

Michel Crozier was a French sociologist and political scientist. He studied how people interact in companies and other large organizations. He came up with a theory called the "Iron Law of Oligarchy" which said that large organizations tend to be run by a few powerful people, rather than everyone having an equal say. He wrote several books about his ideas, and his work has been important in helping people understand how large organizations work.
