Microtrauma

Microtrauma is when your body gets hurt a little bit over and over again. It's like tiny scratches or bumps that happen a lot.

It can happen when you do things like exercise or play sports, and your muscles and joints get lots of small injuries from moving around a lot. It can also happen if you sit or stand in the same position for a long time, like if you're at a desk or in a car for a while.

Even though it's called "micro" trauma, it can still add up and make your body hurt. It's important to take breaks and rest your body if you're feeling sore or achy, so that you don't keep adding more and more little injuries.
