Midriff

Okay kiddo, the midriff is the part of your tummy that's between your chest and your hips. It's a fancy way of saying the area where your shirt might ride up and show your belly button. Some clothes are designed to show off the midriff and some grown-ups like to wear them, but they aren't always appropriate for every occasion. So it's important to make sure we're dressed appropriately and always listen to grown-ups who tell us what to wear!
