ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Midwoofer-tweeter-midwoofer

Okay kiddo, have you ever heard music come out of a speaker? The speaker has different parts that help make the sound.

One part is called a midwoofer. It's kind of like the big brother speaker that helps make low sounds, like when you hear a drum beat or a bass guitar.

The other part is called a tweeter. It's like the little sister speaker that helps make high sounds, like when you hear a singer's voice or a guitar's high notes.

So when you have a midwoofer-tweeter-midwoofer setup, you have three speakers working together to make all the different sounds in the music. The first midwoofer helps with the low sounds, the tweeter helps with the high sounds, and the second midwoofer helps with more low sounds.

All three speakers working together make the music sound really good and like you're right there in the middle of it. Cool, right?
