Mind uploading in fiction is when a person's entire mind, thoughts, memories and personality is copied into a computer or some other kind of technology. This allows a person to exist in a digital form, instead of a physical form like a human body. People who are uploaded into computers can then explore virtual realities, talk to others in the same way they used to in real life, and even interact with physical robots in the real world. It's a pretty cool idea, like living inside a video game!
