ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Mindfulness (Buddhism)

Mindfulness is a way of living that comes from Buddhism. It means being aware of everything in the present moment and not worrying about the past or future. Instead of judging something, it just means being aware of it in a non-judgemental way. It means focusing on things like your breath and how your body feels. Mindfulness can help make you calmer, more peaceful, and able to better deal with difficult or stressful situations.
