ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Minister-President

Alright kiddo, so a minister-president is kind of like the boss of a place called a state or province in some countries. They work with a group of people called a government to make rules and decisions that affect the people who live in that state or province.
Think of it like a big school playground. The minister-president is like the teacher in charge of one part of the playground, and they work with other teachers to make sure everyone is safe and happy. They are responsible for making sure that everyone follows the rules, like not pushing or shoving, and sharing the toys fairly.
In some places, the minister-president is also in charge of making decisions about things like healthcare, education, and taxes.
So, just like the teacher on the playground, the minister-president is there to make sure everything is running smoothly and everyone is getting along.
