Mixed anxiety–depressive disorder

Mixed Anxiety-Depressive Disorder is when someone experiences feelings of worry, fear, and sadness at the same time. It's like having two different problems together: anxiety and depression. People who have mixed anxiety-depressive disorder may feel overwhelmed, scared, heart-racing, and too tired to do anything. They may also feel like they don't want to do anything, like they wouldn't be any good at it anyway. Mixed anxiety-depressive disorder can make it hard to enjoy life and doing fun things. It's important to get help for this disorder, so a person can feel better and enjoy life again.
