Molar distalization

Molar distalization is a type of dental treatment that helps to move the back teeth, called molars, towards the back of your mouth. When your teeth are too crowded or crooked, your dentist may recommend molar distalization as a way to create more space in your mouth.

To distalize your molars, your dentist will attach a special appliance to your teeth. This appliance gently pushes on your back teeth, moving them backwards and creating more room in your mouth. The appliance stays on your teeth for several months, allowing your molars to move gradually and comfortably.

Molar distalization can be an important part of straightening your teeth and achieving a healthy, beautiful smile. Your dentist will work with you to make sure that your treatment is customized to your unique needs and goals. So, don't worry, it won't hurt and you'll have a great smile!
