Molex connector

Ok kiddo, you know how when you play with your toys you can connect different things together? Well, grown-ups have things that need to connect too, like computer parts. One way they do this is with something called a molex connector.

A molex connector is a special type of plug that has four little metal pins that stick out. These pins slide into four little holes in another part, called a socket. When you push the plug and socket together, the pins and holes connect and power can flow from one part to the other.

Molex connectors are often used to connect things like hard drives, DVD drives, and other computer parts that need electricity to work. They are also used in some other machines and devices.

So you see, a molex connector is just a way for people to connect different parts together and make sure everything gets the power it needs. Pretty simple, right?
