Monument to the Peaceful Liberation of Tibet

Okay kiddo, so there's this big thing called the Monument to the Peaceful Liberation of Tibet. It's in China and it was made to celebrate when Tibet became part of China again. See, before, Tibet was its own country but then China said "hey, we want Tibet to be part of our country too" and so they took it over.

But! The Chinese government said they did it in a peaceful way and the monument is to remind everyone of that. It's like a big statue that has carvings of things that happened and people who were involved. People can go see it and learn about what happened when Tibet became part of China again. Does that help, kiddo?
