Moon landings in fiction

Okay kiddo, you know that we've sent people to the moon in real life, right? But sometimes in books, movies, and TV shows, people imagine other moon landings that never really happened. These are called "moon landings in fiction."

Sometimes, in these stories, people find things on the moon that we never really found in real life. Maybe they find aliens or secret bases hidden on the moon. Or, sometimes they imagine that the moon landings happened differently than they really did. For example, maybe they imagine that we encountered more obstacles or had to fight off aliens while we were up there.

It's important to remember that these moon landings in fiction are just make-believe. While they can be really fun to think about, we shouldn't confuse them with what really happened in real life.
