Mosaic theory of intelligence gathering

Okay kiddo, so you know how sometimes you want to figure out what someone is thinking or planning, right? Well, sometimes people like to keep their thoughts and plans secret, so we have to find other ways to figure things out.

One way is called the mosaic theory. You know how when you do a puzzle, you don't always know what the picture is right away? But as you start putting the pieces together, you get a better idea of what it looks like.

Intelligence gathering works the same way. We don't always know everything someone is thinking or planning, but we can watch and listen to different pieces of information they give us. We can collect little bits from things like their social media posts, phone conversations, and even things they buy at the store.

When we put all these little pieces of information together, we can start to get a bigger picture of what they might be thinking or planning. It's like putting together a puzzle, and when we get enough pieces, we can see the whole picture.

So that's the mosaic theory of intelligence gathering. We collect little pieces of information and put them together like a puzzle to try to figure out what someone is thinking or planning.
