Mosfilm

Mosfilm is a big movie company in Russia that makes lots of films, kind of like they make lots of toys at a toy factory. Mosfilm has been around for a really long time – more than 100 years! That means it’s been making movies for generations of people in Russia. They make all different types of movies, like funny movies, scary movies, romantic movies, and adventures.

Sometimes Mosfilm makes movies based on books. This means that they take a special story from a book and make it into a moving picture that people can watch on TV or in a movie theater. Other times, they make up their own stories! When Mosfilm makes movies, they use cameras to record actors and actresses saying their lines and moving around. Then, they use computers to edit the movie and make it look even better.

People all around Russia and sometimes in other countries love to watch Mosfilm movies. Just like how you might love to play with your favorite toy, adults love to watch their favorite Mosfilm movies over and over again. And because Mosfilm makes so many movies, there is always something new to watch!
