Mount Gerizim

Mount Gerizim is a big hill in a special place called Samaria. It's a really important place for two groups of people - the Jews and the Samaritans.

On top of Mount Gerizim, the Samaritans built a temple. They believe that their temple is the most important place to worship God. The Samaritans are a special group of people who have their own religion and beliefs.

But the Jews don't agree with the Samaritans. They think that the most important place to worship God should be in Jerusalem, where they have their own temple. The Jews and the Samaritans have been arguing about this for a long time, even for thousands of years!

Even though the Jews and the Samaritans don't agree, Mount Gerizim is still a very important place for them. Many people still visit the hill to look at the temple and to worship in their own way.
