Movement in learning

Movement in learning is when a person uses their body or physical activity to help them learn. This could be anything from doing body movements when singing a song or figuring out a math problem, to running around the room while memorizing a list of facts. Movement in learning helps keep the brain active, which makes it easier to remember and understand the things being learned.
