ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Psychomotor learning

Psychomotor learning means learning how to use your body to do certain things. It's like when you practice something over and over until you get really good at it. For example, when you practice skating, climbing, dancing, or sports, you use psychomotor learning. Psychomotor learning helps you to do things more quickly, accurately, and smoothly, so that it almost looks like you are doing them without thinking.
