Mud wrap

A mud wrap is like getting a big hug from the earth! First, someone puts special mud all over your body, kind of like a sticky mask. Then they wrap you up in big towels or plastic wrap like a mummy. This helps keep the mud on your body and it also helps your body feel warm and cozy.

While you are wrapped up, you get to relax and take deep breaths. Sometimes people play soft music or use aromatherapy scents to make it extra relaxing. As the mud dries, it can help pull out dirt and other things that might be clogging your pores.

Once the mud is dry, they unwrap you like a present and wash the mud off with warm water. You might feel really soft and smooth afterwards. It's kind of like taking a really nice bath with lots of skin benefits!
