Myofascial release

Myofascial release means letting go of tight muscles and connective tissues in our body. Think of it like tugging on a rubber band that's been pulled too tight for too long. It needs to be massaged and stretched to return to its normal shape. Our muscles and the tissues that hold them in place, called fascia, can get tight and cause pain or discomfort. A therapist uses gentle pressure and slow movements to help ease the tension and release the muscles. It's like giving your muscles a nice, big hug to help them relax and feel better. This process can be done through different techniques like foam rolling, massage balls, and manual therapy. It's important to take care of our muscles and fascia so we can move better and feel better.
