Mystical theology

Mystical theology is an ancient way of talking and thinking about God, especially in Christianity. It means trying to experience God more directly and deeply than ever before, often in a very emotional way. People who study this kind of theology look for God in the world and within themselves, so they can learn more about who God is and how he works.
