MythBusters (2007 season)
Mythbusters is a TV show where two smart guys named Jamie and Adam try to figure out if things we see in movies and TV shows are really true or just made up. In the 2007 season, they did a lot of cool experiments.
For example, they wanted to see if a penny dropped from a really high building could actually kill someone. They did some math and testing and found out that it wouldn't, but it could still really hurt!
They also wanted to see if you could really fly in a lawn chair attached to helium balloons like in a movie called "Up." They tried it out and it worked, but they were very careful and wore safety equipment so they wouldn't get hurt.
Another thing they looked at was if you could really survive getting trapped in quicksand. They made a big pit of quicksand and tried it out themselves. Thankfully, they were able to get out safely and proved that it is possible to survive.
