NANDA

So, Nanda is a funny word that stands for "North American Nursing Diagnosis Association". This is an organization that helps nurses figure out what's going on with their patients.

Now, when a nurse takes care of a sick patient, they need to know what's wrong with them before they can take care of them. And that's where Nanda comes in. Nanda helps nurses figure out what the problem is so they can give the best care possible.

Nanda has a big list of different problems that patients might be having. For example, a patient might be in a lot of pain, or they might be feeling really sad or anxious. Nanda helps the nurse figure out what the problem is and gives a name for that problem.

Once the nurse knows what the problem is, they can give the patient the right kind of care. So, if a patient is in a lot of pain, the nurse might give them medicine to help them feel better. Or if a patient is feeling really anxious, the nurse might talk to them and help them relax.

In short, Nanda helps nurses figure out what's wrong with patients so they can give them the best care possible.
