Nadi (yoga)

Nadi in yoga is like the pipes in your house that carry water. The pipes take water from one place to another, just like nadi carries energy (called prana) throughout our body. Nadi is made up of very tiny channels that are not visible to the naked eye, but they are there and they are very important for our body to work properly.

Just like your parents make sure that the pipes in your house are clean and don't have any blockages, we also need to make sure that our nadi is clean and free from blockages. We do this through various yoga practices like asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.

When our nadi is clean, the energy flows freely throughout our body and we feel healthy, happy and balanced. This is why yoga is so important, it helps us keep our nadi clean and healthy.

So just like your parents take care of the pipes in your house, we also need to take care of our nadi to stay healthy and happy!
