National symbols of Ukraine

Okay, so you know how when you think of your country, you might think of things like the flag or the special songs that we sing? Well in Ukraine, they have some special things that make them think of their country too, and those things are called their national symbols.

One of the national symbols of Ukraine is their flag. It is blue on the top and yellow on the bottom and has a special emblem in the middle. The blue represents the sky and the yellow represents fields of wheat, which is an important crop in Ukraine.

Another national symbol is their coat of arms. It is a special design with a shield and different symbols around it. There is a golden eagle on top, which is a bird that represents strength, and there are other pictures like a black trident and a white horse.

Ukraine also has a special national anthem that they sing at important events. The words of the anthem talk about fighting for their freedom and being proud of their country.

Finally, one more national symbol of Ukraine is the tryzub. It is kind of like a fancy design with three lines that look like a big fork. It is a really old symbol that represents Ukraine and has been used for hundreds of years.

So, those are some of the important things that make Ukrainians think of their country and feel proud. Just like we have things that make us feel proud and happy about our own country!
