Natural mummy

Have you heard of mummies? They are human or animal bodies that have been preserved for thousands of years. Sometimes, mummies are made by people who try to preserve the body after death, like the ancient Egyptians. Other times, mummies happen naturally, like when a body is buried in a very dry or very cold place.

A natural mummy is a human or animal body that is preserved naturally, without any human intervention. For example, if a person died in the desert and was buried in the sand, their body might become a natural mummy because the dry, hot sand helps dry out the body and preserve it.

Natural mummies can be very well preserved, with skin, hair, and even organs intact. Scientists can study natural mummies to learn more about what life was like a long time ago. We can learn about what people ate, what diseases they had, and even what they looked like.

So, a natural mummy is like a very old body that has been preserved without any help from humans. It can teach us a lot about history and the way people lived in the past.
