Nebulium

Nebulium is something astronomers used to think existed in the gas clouds in space, but now we know it doesn't really exist.

Sometimes when astronomers look at gas clouds in space, they see a faint light in a certain color they couldn't explain. They thought it might be a new element they called nebulium, but they didn't know for sure.

Later, scientists found out that this strange light was actually caused by some of the gas molecules that were already known. So, nebulium doesn't really exist as its own element, but it was an important idea scientists had when they were trying to understand the cosmos.
