Negentropy

Negentropy is a measure of how organized something is. Imagine if you were looking at two boxes, one filled with a bunch of jumbled up marbles, and the other had them all lined up in different colors. The box of marbles that is lined up is more organized than the one with the jumbled up marbles. This means it has less entropy, or it has higher negentropy. Negentropy is a measure of the organization of something, so the more organized something is, the higher its negentropy is.
