Network-centric warfare is a way of fighting where all the things needed for a battle (like planes, ships, and soldiers) are connected by a network of computers. This helps them all share information so they can work together better in battle. Each thing on the network (called a ‘node’) has its own job to do but they can all work together to help win the battle. For example, if a plane is looking for an enemy plane, the other nodes on the network can help the plane find it. This makes it a lot easier for everyone to win the battle because they all have the same information and can make better decisions.
