New Jerusalem Dead Sea Scroll

So, a long time ago, some people wrote things down on pieces of paper called scrolls. These scrolls were really important because they told stories and rules that people needed to know. One of these scrolls was found near a place called the Dead Sea.

This scroll was really special because it told about a place called the New Jerusalem. This was a city that people believed would be built one day that would be perfect and wonderful.

The scroll talks about how the city would be really beautiful with golden streets and a huge temple. It also says that there will be no more crying or sadness in the city because everyone would be happy.

And even though the scroll is really old, people still study it today to try to understand more about the New Jerusalem and what it means for people.
