Let me tell you about each one of them. The first is the Great Wall of China, which is a really long wall built a long, long time ago to protect China from enemies. It's so long, that if you walked on it, you could go all the way from New York City in the United States to London in the United Kingdom!
The second wonder is Chichen Itza, a big, old city in Mexico that was built by the ancient Maya people. They used to have special ceremonies and games there. There's a big pyramid there too, which is really cool to see.
Then there's the Christ the Redeemer statue, which is a huge statue of a man with his arms outstretched, located in Brazil. It's a symbol of peace and love, and it's really tall, as tall as a twenty-story building!
The Colosseum in Rome is also on the list. It's a huge old arena where people used to have events and battles. It's really famous and a lot of people visit it today.
Next up is Petra in Jordan, a city that was built into the rocks! It used to be a really important trading center many, many years ago.
The Taj Mahal in India is one of the prettiest buildings you could ever see. It was built for a queen, as a sign of love from her husband. The details on the building are really special!
Finally, there's Machu Picchu, which is a citybuilt by the Incas in Peru, in the mountains. It's a really special place because it's been there for more than 500 years, hidden up in the mountains, and it was only discovered in the last century!
So those are the new Seven Wonders of the World. Each one is really special and worth a visit. They are all different, but they all have something really amazing that make them unique!
