Nice Guys Finish First

Well kiddo, sometimes people think that being nice is not cool and that being mean and bossy is the way to get ahead in life. But in reality, being nice can help you win in the long term.

Imagine that you are playing a game with your friends. You could try to cheat or be mean to your friends to win the game, but your friends would not want to play with you anymore. And if you don’t have friends, who will you play with next time?

So, being nice to your friends is important because they will want to play with you again and again, even when you don’t win every time. In fact, they will want to be friends with you even outside of playing the game.

The same goes for adults. If you are always kind, respectful, and helpful to others, people will want to be around you more often. They will enjoy working with you or being your friend because you make them feel good.

And when you need help, they will be there for you because they like you and want to help you out. You might not always get what you want right away, but being nice makes you someone people want to help out.

So, being nice can help you in the long run. You might not win every game, but you will have more fun and more friends in the end!
