Novorossiya (confederation)

Okay kiddo, so there's this big country called Ukraine that used to be part of the Soviet Union, which was a group of countries that worked together a long time ago. But then Ukraine said they didn't want to be part of the Soviet Union anymore and became their own country.

But some people in Ukraine still didn't feel like they were being treated fairly by the new government, and they wanted more control over their own land. So they created a group called Novorossiya, which means "New Russia" in Russian.

The Novorossiya group wants to form their own separate countries that would be able to make their own rules and decisions, kinda like how a club can have their own rules. They want to work together with other areas that feel the same way, like some parts of Russia and Ukraine.

But not everyone agrees with the Novorossiya group, and some people think that they are just trying to cause trouble and divide the country. It's all still very complicated and people are still trying to figure out what to do.
