Ocean rowing

Okay kiddo, ocean rowing is when people get into a special type of boat and row across the ocean all by themselves. It's like they're taking a really big and long rowboat ride, but instead of going in a river or lake, they cross the big open sea!

It's not an easy ride because there are lots of challenges that come with crossing the ocean in a little boat. The rower needs to eat and drink enough, get enough rest, and row for hours each day to keep moving forward. They also need to be prepared for storms, strong winds, and big waves that can be really scary!

So, these rowers have to train a lot to be strong and healthy, and they also need to have special equipment like GPS, satellite phones, and life jackets to make sure they stay safe. They also have to be patient and determined because crossing the ocean can take a long time, sometimes even months!

But even with all these challenges, people still love to do ocean rowing because it's an amazing adventure that not many people get to experience. They get to see beautiful sunsets, meet dolphins and whales, and feel like they have accomplished something really amazing when they finally make it to the other side!
