Oligarchy

Oligarchy is a form of government where a small group of people have most of the power. In an oligarchy, power is usually held by a small group of wealthy people or military leaders. The people in the small group get to make and enforce the rules, so they can make decisions that benefit themselves and usually don't care about everyone else. This can be very unfair to everyone else in the country.
