Order in Council

Order in Council is when a group of people like a government or a monarchy make a decision together. It is similar to voting. The group of people is called a council. A council will meet and talk about an issue, then they will all vote on it. A majority of the group must agree for the decision to be passed. If the decision is approved, it is called an Order in Council.
