Overnight market

Overnight market is when trading happens after the stock markets close for the day. This trading happens from 8pm to 8am (overnight). Investors can buy and sell stocks during the night and the prices of the stocks change depending on the amount of trading and buying that happened during the night. It's important to remember, though, that when the stock markets open up again in the morning, the prices of the stock could be very different from what they were the night before.
