ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Oxalis tetraphylla

Oxalis tetraphylla is a type of plant that grows flowers and leaves. It looks a bit like a four-leaf clover, which is very lucky! This plant can grow to be about 6 inches tall and 6 inches wide.

It is also called the iron cross plant because the leaves are shaped like a cross and they have a purplish-brown color around the edges. When it's not blooming, it looks like a normal green plant, but during the blooming season, it shows off its beautiful flowers.

This plant likes to be in warm places with lots of sunlight, like your bedroom near a window or outside in a garden. It needs to be watered regularly, but you can't give it too much water because it doesn't like to be soggy.

If you take good care of your Oxalis tetraphylla, it will keep growing healthy and strong, and it can make you feel happy and calm when you look at it. Plus, if you're lucky enough to find a four-leaf clover version of this plant, it might just bring you some good luck as well!
