PPGIS

PPGIS, or Public Participation Geographic Information Systems, is a way for people to share their opinions and knowledge about an area using maps and other geographic tools. It allows people to draw on maps to show where important resources (like hospitals and schools) are located; to share their thoughts on how public spaces are used; or to give their ideas about what new things could be developed or changed. It's a great way for people to get involved in decisions about their neighbourhood and to help create a community that works for everyone.
