Pancake Day

Pancake Day is a day when people eat pancakes! On Pancake Day, people mix together ingredients like flour, eggs, and milk and make a batter. Then they fry the batter on a hot pan to make little, round pancakes. People usually top the pancakes with things like syrup, butter, and/or different kinds of fruit. It's a holiday that a lot of people enjoy because pancakes are yummy!
