Panic disorder

So you know how sometimes you get really scared or worried, like when you hear a loud noise or when there's a thunderstorm? Well, sometimes some people feel really scared and worried for no reason at all. This can happen to them a lot and it can be very hard for them to control.

This feeling of fear and worry can make their body act very strange. It can make their heart beat really fast, their hands shake, their stomach hurt, and they might even have trouble breathing. This can make them think that something really bad is happening, even if nothing bad is really happening.

When this happens to someone a lot, they might have something called a panic disorder. This means that they have a lot of panic attacks, which is when they feel really scared and worried for no reason and their body acts very strange. But don't worry, doctors can help people with panic disorder by giving them medicine or teaching them how to control their worries.
