Papa Lazarou

Papa Lazarou is a character from a TV show called "The League of Gentlemen". He wears lots of makeup and dresses up like a scary clown. He goes to people's homes and knocks on the door, pretending to be a friendly salesman. But really, he's trying to steal things from their house. He talks in a funny voice and it can be scary to watch. So, even though he looks like a clown, he's not really a nice person. In fact, he's a bit of a bad guy who does bad things to people.
