Parental dividend

When grown-ups own a company, they make money from it. Sometimes they decide to give some of that money to their kids, just like how a parent gives money to a kid as an allowance. That's called a parental dividend! It's like when your parents give you money to buy toys or candy, except instead of toys or candy, it's money that comes from the grown-up's company.
