Patent drawing

Hey kiddo! Have you ever seen a picture of something that someone invented? That's called a patent drawing! It's a special drawing that goes along with paperwork that shows that someone made something new and wants to protect it so no one else can copy it.

The drawing has to be very clear and show all the parts of the invention so that people understand exactly how it works. The person who made the invention needs to make sure they draw it correctly and label everything so that other people can understand it too.

Once the drawing is approved, nobody else can make the same thing without permission from the person who invented it. So that's why patent drawings are really important – they help protect someone's amazing new invention from being copied by others!
