Pelvic thrust

Okay, so you know how your hips move when you dance or jump around? Well, a pelvic thrust is kind of like a super big hip movement. It happens when you push your hips forward really fast and then pull them back. It's kind of like a quick snap or pop with your hips.

Sometimes people use pelvic thrusts when they are dancing or performing, but it can also happen accidentally if you are just moving around a lot. It can also be a way to exercise your muscles in your stomach and hips.

It's important to remember that while pelvic thrusts can be fun and sometimes helpful for exercise, it's not appropriate to do them in front of other people without their consent. So it's always good to be respectful and make sure everyone around you is comfortable with what you're doing.
