Penrose process is a way of taking energy from a black hole. Black holes contain a huge amount of energy inside of them, and the Penrose process helps us take energy from the black hole and use it for something else. It works like this: two objects move around the edges of the black hole in opposite directions. One of them takes energy from the black hole, and the other adds energy to it. The first object then moves away with the energy and the other object moves toward the black hole and gives the energy back to it. In this way, the energy is transferred, and the first object can use it for something else.
