People for the American Way

People for the American Way is a group of grown-ups who make sure that everyone gets treated fairly in America. It's like when we play with our friends and we want everyone to have a turn and be happy. The grown-ups in People for the American Way want everyone to be treated equally, no matter what they look like or where they come from. They want kids like us to get a good education, have nice homes to live in, and be healthy. They also want grown-ups to have good jobs and be able to take care of their families.
