Percentile rank

Percentile rank is a way of comparing how you did on a test or quiz to everyone else who took the same test or quiz. Say you took a test and you got 80 out of 100 questions correct. The percentile rank would be the percentage of people who got the same amount, or fewer, questions correct than you did. So if 80 people or fewer out of 100 people got 80 or fewer questions correct, your percentile rank would be 80. That means you did better than 80 out of 100 people on the test!
