Perceptual Evaluation of Video Quality

Perceptual evaluation of video quality is when grown-ups try to figure out if videos look good or not. They watch videos using their eyes and ears and then they try to decide if the video is clear or blurry, bright or dark and so on. They want to make sure that the video looks good and is easy to watch. Just like how you might ask a friend if they like the picture you drew or the toy you made, grown-ups do something similar for videos to make sure they are good for other people to watch.
