Persecution of black people in Nazi Germany

Okay, so have you ever been in a group where someone is being mean to another person because they look different? Well, imagine that happening in a really big way, where a whole country is mean to a certain group of people just because of the color of their skin. This is what happened in Nazi Germany to black people.

The Nazis were in power in Germany in the 1930s and 1940s, and they believed that certain people were better than others just because of their race. They thought that people with blond hair and blue eyes were the best, and that anyone who wasn't like that was not as good as them. This means that people who were black, or any other color that wasn't white, were treated very badly.

Black people who lived in Germany at that time were often bullied, beaten up, and persecuted just because of their skin color. They had to wear special marks on their clothes to show that they were different from everyone else. They were not allowed to enter certain places or do the same things that other people could do. They were even forced to ride in separate train carriages and use separate drinking fountains!

It was not just people who were living in Germany at the time who were affected. The Nazis also sent black people who were living in other countries to death camps, where they were killed or used for terrible experiments.

This was a very sad and scary time for black people in Nazi Germany. Thankfully, after the war was over, people started to realize how wrong it all was, and laws were put in place to protect everyone, no matter what their skin color is.
